PCP has appreciated the Teacher Training and Staff Development Courses arranged as an annual in-service training during the summer vacation for improvement of their skills and teaching methodologies, techniques for motivating children, class control, time management and understanding individual needs of the children. A significant investment is made on Staff Development and Teacher Training.
